Welcome... Hope you brought your lab coats

In case anyone hasn't gotten the point of this blog, I am a cook with an imaginative mind who has no fear of trying unconventional things just to satisfy my own demented curiosity. most of the posts here will be me talking about ideas I have had, musings on changes to those ideas and the final results. I'll included pictures whenever possible but sometimes things just happen.
